All warranty requests for Ubiquiti products must include the text of a Support Ticket showing that Ubiquiti support staff have not been able to resolve the issue, and have recommended returning the product.

To obtain a Support Ticket:

  • Start a Support Ticket by
    • Login to your Ubiquiti SSO acct. (Or create a new one if you don't have one)
    • Open a New ticket.
