All warranty requests for Ubiquiti products must include the text of a Support Ticket showing that Ubiquiti support staff have not been able to resolve the issue, and have recommended returning the product.
To obtain a Support Ticket:
- Start an email dialog via [email protected] , or
- Start a Support Ticket by
- Login to your Ubiquiti SSO acct. (Or create a new one if you don't have one)
- Open a New ticket.
- What kind of help do you need today? Select Technical Support
- Complete the form, then click Start a live chat
